Signed my DA 199 now what?

mrando69, Do you know if the 90 day time limit after signing the DA Form 199 is from an AR, Directive or other official source?

Hopefully this helps, my PEBLO sent the regs after I got the LOR.

I signed my 199 on 13 December, it is now 23 January and still no orders, has the process slowed down?

Have you called to see if they’re tracking that your peblo sent it back to them ?

I did call, they said they received my 199 on December 13, but it had not been assigned to a person yet. Hopefully my phone call will at least get it assigned to someone.

I signed my DA 199 on 9 Jan 2018. I haven’t received my NLT Date. I called Retirement services and they seem like they don’t care. I had a falling out with my PEBLO so who or what can I do? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

If it's any consolation. I signed my DA 199 on Jan 4th. PEBLO told me yesterday contact her in two weeks. I called the pda yesterday and spoke with a gentleman. He told me that I was waiting on one more signature and my orders should be signed by the end of this week.

I signed my DA Form 199 on December 8, and just came down on notification of orders on 23 January. I went to transitions today to try and get my ETS date bumped up, and the supervisor at the transitions office here at Fort Carson said they are having all sorts of problems with TRANSPROC right now. Lo and behold I was on the notification roster on 25 January when I did my leave calculation appointment with the SFAC, but when I came in today she said she didn't see me, but I don't have orders yet. What a mess... hopefully they can get me a new ETS of 13 February like I want (so I can start doing some admin stuff for my new job).

It's an unfortunate situation when you have a job lined up and can't get out when you are supposed to. My situation is a lot different. I am a reservist

My PEBLO is located at Ft. Gordon. I am hoping that they are not having the same issues.

Not only have a job lined up, but I need to do a Polygraph for it (Intel) and can't do it until I get out because my CoC won't let me go on leave or pass to take care of it. I also have to meet with the builders for our new house in West Virginia to pick finishes and whatnot so the building is delayed. Just a pain how the PDA took 6 weeks and now the earliest out date was supposedly a month away.

What you mean she didn’t see you ? I’m at fort Carson also

I'm sorry to hear that. This is a stressful situation. I hear horror stories about the CoC. I thought that the military was doing better by taking care of their personnel.

The supervisor, Ms. Nicholson, pulled up the list of pending orders on TRANSPROC and my name wasn't there.
Once they post your name once that’s the notification to get your orders right ? When did you check ?

Once the PDA completes your packet, they put you into the TRASPOC system. Maurine at the SFAC pulls the notification list every day and will call when you get on the list to schedule your leave calc appointment with Mr. Bachman at the SFAC. That is where you will compute leave/ptdy and request a separation date based off of those days and the 10 clearing days.

So your name hasn’t shown up on transproc yet ?
