As a result of a possible miscommunication within my unit i now need clarification
I am on a permanent profile, so i do pt every morning with other soldiers on profile.
While asking where it would be lead my team leader informed me that i will be doing pt with a normal group tomorrow, because my profile is expired.
I have had this profile for less than a year, but from what i understood and in ar 40-501 permanent profiles will be reviewed every five years, and it is temporary profiles that have expirations
Does anyone have any experience with this?
