When you say concurrent receipt, what you mean?

Greetings, I wanted to know for example, if you have 21years of AD which equals to 52.5%, and you go through the med board and just for GP say you get 95% will your retirement pay be 75% of your base pay or will you only get the 52.5%, thanks.

I'm in the first stages of my med board and was told I could have one medical condition on my profile, it doesn't sound right, I know others that had two-three things on theirs, any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
