I am in the same situation. Did you get the surgery? If so how did it impact your MEB process?

Recovery time is a year. I am getting a Talonavicular Fusion(foot and ankle) As the surgeon has stated in the approval memo this surgery will not fix my condition but is intended to give me some sort of pain relief.

Surgery date is NOV. 20th(Monday) I am considering canceling if surgery is going to terminate or suspend my medboard.

Were you given a reason as to why your medboard was terminated after surgery? I assume since it was emergency surgery you did not have time to go through the approval process?
