I'm not surprise by this. If you are in the navy and going through MEB, pay very close attention to your NMA. I have said this before on here always write/fill out your NMA before you give it to your command.
You might be setting yourself up for failure by requesting severe anxiety to be documented on your medical record instead of the PTSD that your doctor diagnosed you with especially if your case end up going through an MEB
Yes you can mention that you was unable to perform and got kick out of another job and out of your shop due to your medical problems on the command statement and personal NMA. Just don't mention general duties or stuff like member is able to perform/participate in command function or member does...
This is a well written NMA. One thing you should always do when writing your NMA is to focus specifically on how your medical conditions affect your ability to perform your rate. Do not include or mention general duties of a seaman on your NMA
Don't just give up like that. My MEB took 14 months to be completed from start to finish ( Feb 2012 - Apr 2013). It was worth the fight and time because at the end of it all justice prevail and I got a favorable result.
The fact that I went from almost getting administratively separated by my then command to PDRL was a tough experience for me. Thanks to my PCM who was kind enough to advice me on the resources that I need to help fight my case. I don't want to bad mouth the usn PEB process but hey its the navy...
Your findings would have came back unfit if your CO remark was member is currently unable to perform is primary duties due to his medical condition(s). I don't think the UCMJ, Clearance issue and some of the other comment was necessary.
