3 Counseling Statements

Hello again,

I was wondering if the 3 counseling statements are mandatory? I have REALLY jacked up NCO's, and my last 3 counselings were, September, April, and September 2008. SO as you can see, I don't have 3 statements, and the only copy of one I have is a jacked up one.

What 3 counselings (what purpose) are you talking about? Normally, the MEB asks for last 3 NCOERs/OERs to see how duty performance has been over the past 3 years. Can you clarify your question?
