I have a few questions I haven't been able to get answered having to do with MEB vs Officer Elimination
1. If you are facing elimination while in the MEB and your chain of command recommends an HONORABLE discharge do you still go through dual process or does your MEB take precedence?
2. If you receive disability retirement orders can you chain of command revoke your orders in order to finish elimination process?
3. Can you separate the Army while under investigation for security clearance? Can any administrative action be taken until the investigation is complete?
4. Are congressional inquires worth the time?
5. I found an "Information Paper" dated 02JAN12 written by a "COL Kent, Johnathan" is this paper still valid and does it hold any weight?
