Award Letters from VA/Army for unemployment

I'm trying to get unemployment from Virginia and I'm being told that I need to produce the award letters from both Veterans Affairs and the Army to show how much I get in retirement each month. I can't find the award letters, so how can I get them?

You can get the award letter from the VA through eBenefits (log in, go to manage benefits, VA letters). From the Army it would be your retirement statement on MyPay
