I had a few deferred conditions after my MEB, and a few months ago had a C&P exam for them. My claim for those conditions is still in the "review of evidence" stage, but my rating has suddenly changed on ebenefits. I can see the status (service connection % or "not service connected)" of all of those deferred conditions except for one. All of my ebenefits letters reflect the new rating.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is it safe to assume that because its in the system, its actually accurate and will stay that way? Should I expect disability pay reflecting the new percentage, or will it still be my old percentage? Or is nothing final until I have the paperwork in hand?
