I’m gonna try to appeal the BCNR decision. Any advice?

So after many years I got my Re4 code and JFV changed to a Re3g and a JFF for being able to re-enlist in the military with a waiver. Unfortunately my waiver was given a “processing not justified” and I want to appeal this but there’s nothing I can do.

As long as I don’t have a RE1 code I’m not getting back in the military. Has anyone here ever tried to get a BCNR decision changed? I’m still dealing with the stigma of trying to re-enlist with a re3 code.

Hello,

I’ve reviewed some of your ~100 posts on this matter and I admire your determination and perseverance.

I have never seen an appeal to a BCNR decision.

It might be time to consider another career path.

I wish you the best in whatever you choose to do in this matter.

Regards,
Ron

No board is usually the final say. A lawyer could file suit in the appropriate federal court (Court of Federal Claims perhaps). That would be costly.
