So I'll keep this a brief as possible...
8 years active duty USN Officer
Voluntary separation with Honorable discharge and two service connected conditions:
1-Thoracic nerve palsy/mild spinal injury-Service Connected (VA 20%)
2-Major Depressive Disorder with GAD - Service Connected (VA 70%)
Both conditions are well documented on my medical records and on my discharge physical.
1 year SELRES in drilling status. Both service connected medical conditions have gotten worse, and now on medical hold with reserve unit pending a Medical Evaluation (MMR?).
Questions:
1 - Am I eligible for a MEB/PEB being a reservist with two conditions that are service connected from prior active duty service?
2 - If yes, how do I ensure I get forwarded to a MEB/PEB?
3 - Anyone else been in a similar situation?
