Is it normal to have “non-combat wounded warrior” under secondary AFSC on dd214?

I noticed they put this on there while creating my dd214 worksheet. Is this normal? Seems to scream to the world that I have something wrong with me and it was also not from combat. Why is that necessary to put on there? Feels like it will hinder me in my job search, which maybe is the intent ?

Mine does not have a separate AFSC; but at the bottom of the DD214 is does show:

Oh ok, well maybe it’s because I’m a temporary. I was hoping it would have nothing indicating a disability, but doesn’t look like that is the case. It seems to me, still a HIPAA issue, even though it doesn’t specifically say what it is.

Military retirement is handled under federal law also.
