I just got my NARSUM back and the conditions listed below fail to meet retention standards. What should I expect from the PEB. I am a career recruiter MOS 79R.

Persistent Depressive Disorder with Anxious Distress

AND

Thoracolumbar Condition to include Herniated Disc at T8-T9 with Multilevel

Degenerative Change, Myofascial Pain Syndrome and Mild Lumbar Facet

Arthrosis

Are you asking the chances that you be found fit or asking about potential percentages?

Persistent Depressive Disorder with Anxious Distress 50% TDRL at the minimum

AND

Thoracolumbar Condition to include Herniated Disc at T8-T9 with Multilevel (will need to see ROM)

Degenerative Change, Myofascial Pain Syndrome and Mild Lumbar Facet Arthrosis

The NARSUM does not really dictate what the ratings will be, wait for your C&P evaluations and come back with those results.

Given that it is persistent, perhaps PDRL ??? I'd fight for PDRL over TDRL. The TDRL re-evaluation process is suspect in my mind.
