2. Total Right Hip replacement.

3. Undifferented Spondyloarthropathy

4. Depression for back pain.

MEDICATIONS:

LAST QUESTION:

They are boarding me based upon my fist Medical Board back in 2006. ( Lumbar fusion).

Shouldn't they include ALL of my Medical Issues, ( Fusion, Hip, Undifferented Spondyloarthropathy, Depression )

Thank you.

Only tax advantage would be if your injuries are combat related, then your retirement will not be taxed compared to regular retirement. Medical retirement will not affect future VA comp. As far as for social security, it might or it might not help. Their standards for disability are different that dod or VA.
