I was recently diagnosed with adjustment disorder. I've read a few threads on here but am still unsure as to if this is a condition that renders a MED BOARD. If anyone has information on this or can refer me to any resources let me know! thank you!
PEB TIMELINE
Nov 2013- First LIMDU
May 31th- Second LIMDU
June 13th- 1st C&P Exam
June 14th- 2nd C&P Exam
June 22nd- PEBLO Notified that C&P Report/NARSUM/NMA was ready to be signed
June 23rd- Reviewed and Signed Package / package sent to D.C.
June 27th- PEB Accepted Package
June 27th- eBenefits shows PENDING DECISION APPROVAL Estimated Completion Dates:10/22/2016 - 01/21/2017
August 11th-Package in Pre-VA finalization stage at PEB (Don't know what that means LOL)
August 17th-Called PEB and got info (was told package was in Pre-VA finalization phase since Aug 11th)
*** PEB notified me that It's usually in Pre-VA finalization phase for 30-40 days, then I should hear from my PEBLO
August 17th- PEBLO called (Was told that Pre-VA means your case is headed to the VA rating site in Providence, RI)
August 20th- eBenefits changed Estimated Completion Date to 9/28/2016-12/11/2016
September 16th- eBenefits changed Estimated Completion Date to 10/04/2016-12/25/2016
September 28th- PEBLO called, found "FIT"/counseled by PEBLO
September 28th- Met with Disability lawyer.
September 28th Doctor drafted new message to PEB.
October 11th- Appeal submitted to IPEB (Appeal included letter's from myself, my doctor, my spouse & my mother)
October 12th- eBenefits changed to Estimated Completion: 10/09/2016 - 01/08/2017
November 2016-APPEAL DENIED. Fit for duty but non-deployable .
