Need help with contact information

I sent my package back on Feb. 16, 2017. I received the return receipt requested back stamped Feb 21, 2017. I haven't received any formal response that they received the package or a case number. Is there anyone I can contact to make sure they are working on my case and it didn't fall through the cracks?
 
I'd recommend using their email address and asking, its on the PDBR site, just make sure to include your case # in subject line and be courteous.
 
As TexasTACP stated they will contact you make sure you have case file and name in the Subject line.

Thanks for the information. I haven't received a case number or any acknowledgment that they even received my packet. I sent a email hopefully they will be able to tell me something.
