New ratings for Coumadin Use?

We were told March 27th by our JAG officer that the VA has changed the rating for lifelong anti-coagulation (Coumadin/Warfarin) from 10% to 0%. Has anyone seen these new ratings?

I would have asked them to supply you with "proof" or a reference.

Forget Coumadin... Xeralto is where it is at! No seriously. Ask for the stuff. It is so much better.
