NGR 600-200 PARA 8-26b(3)

I am looking for NGR 600-200 PARA 8-26b(3) specific text. I've downloaded the 600-200 pdf on this site, but it seems that the regulations have either been re-numbered, or since this a draft of implementation policy and not the actual policy, the numbering differs. I've tried googling, with no help to the specific section.

Summary: My NGB-22 section 23 states "NGR 600-200, PARA 8-26b(3) Failure to meet medical procurement standards AR 40-501".

Any help would be gratly appreciated.

I don't know if what you are looking for is here but I couldn't find the NGR 600-200 either.
