Received my Advisory opinion not favorable

The proper language to use is "permanently aggravated by service".
 
‍Damnit I should have put that it on my rebuttal. I hope I got my point across I quoted the info you gave me and sent that. Sent more info on service aggravation and the relevance of today’s laws and policies would have had an affect on my case then. Provided buddy statements that concurred with many exposure while on deployments. Pictures and emphasized a court of appeals case with the same fight for aggravation with the same diagnosis I have which was remanded and won benefits
 
Looks like you covered all the bases. The above language is what would be appropriate for VA

Yeah let’s hope it’s good enough to sway the BCMR but who knows at this point I threw all o can at them to hope they say hey wait a minute they didn’t look at this side of permanent service aggravation and the lack of evidence is provided. Wishful thinking on my part maybe but I have to have some hope.
