Please review the Sabo Class Action. This was a lawsuit filed by some veterans who received 10%, 20%, or 30% for PTSD. They filed a lawsuit which I was a party to.
When I was given 30% in 2006 for PTSD and released from active duty along with some othe soldiers. The court case stated that all of soldiers that were a party to the case should have received 50% for PTSD when they were discharged from the service.
