UTARNG loss of active duty orders in the middle of a PEB

Thanks for the info. I am going thru the same thing except i am at the very begening. if i can show them this than it mite be a little painless.:D
 
If and when you decide to use your GI Bill, it could bite you in the ass if you are taken off AD orders BEFORE you have max amount of months for 100% GI Bill, and then later are medically discharged/retired (Chap. 61).

"Veterans who served at least 30 continuous days of active duty service and were discharged due to a service connected disability qualify for the full 100% of the Post-9/11 GI Bil"... but the VA will challenge you: if you WERE NOT discharged DIRECTLY from AD (and don't have 36 months AD to qualify for 100% of the GI Bill) you do not qualify for 100% as stated above.
