Will a failed PFT during C&P exam automatically be found unfit?

As the title states, I want to know if a failed PFT test will automatically be found as an unfitting condition.
I already have 2 unfitting mental health conditions, but just in case something stupid happens and the PEB people try to find them both fit, I want to know if I can fall back on my failed PFT test I had during my C&P exam.

Feb 2016 - First Meeting With PEBLO and First MEB MH Appt
April 2016 - Signed Narsum, Read My NMA, First meeting with MSC, Claimed Conditions
May 04 2016 - Claim opened in E-Benefits
May 2016 - Gathering of Evidence in E-Benefits
May 19 2016 - QTC Appts: Eye Exam C&P, Ear Exam C&P, General Exams, MH Exam
June 16 2016 - E-Benefits Skips to Pending Decision Approval
June 26 2016 - MEB Package Forwarded to IPEB (AFPC)
July 14 2016 - E-Benefits Pending Decision Approval date jumped from Sept 2016-Dec 2016 to OCT 2016-Jan 2017
Aug 18 2016 - E-Benefits Pending Decision Approval date jumped from OCT 2016-Jan 2017 back to Sept 28 2016 - DEC 11 2016 ..... :confused:

Aug 25 2016 - E-Benefits Pending Decision Approval changed to Preparation for Decision and dates jumped from Sept 28 2016 - DEC 11 2016 to 12/13/2016 - 03/04/2017
Aug 26 2016 - E-Benefits switched to Pending Decision Approval 12/08/2016 - 02/20/2017
Aug 29 2016 - 2nd Claim in Historical Claims is Complete. Ratings sent to AFPC/IPEB
Aug 31 2016 - Got my ratings
Jan 04 2017 - Second claim (IDES) opened and is Under Review
Jan 06 2017 - Original claim FINALLY went Historical
Jan 31 2017 - Pending Decision Approval
Feb 03 2017 - Preparation for Notification
Feb 06 2017 - Complete and Finalized.
