Administrative Separation

Is there anyone here who know how Administrative Separation for Chapter 14c with a General discharge and a MEB work? I have read Ar635_200.

1. is there a time frame from after the Administrative Separation Board ends that the GCMCA must make a decision?
2. disqualifying conditions on DA 3349 are 1.PTSD 2. Panic disorder 3. broke femur with rod implant. I know that for the VA will 1 and 2 will be combined but when it comes to the Army are they viewed separately. I am currently 120 days in the red on my IDES tracker with it moving to the PEB.
3. is it a 50/50 shot that the GCMCA will go either way.
4. the
Chapter 14c was because I received 4 negative counseling in oct of 2012.
1. disrespect to a senior NCO
2. false statement
3. foraging a document
4. improper language
5. I received my Art 15 for these same counseling in Aug of 2013, "leadership changed and they wanted to get rid of troubled soldiers.

The help you need is way above what can be given on a website. I assume you have an attorney (you implied you already went to an ADSEP board, which means you had the right to government counsel or a civilian attorney at no expense to the government). Have you talked with them? What did the ADSEP board find?

I got word that I will be getting the MEB. that my Packet will go forward to the PEB this week

When your separation packet goes forward the GCMCA (approving authority for your admin separation) will determine whether your misconduct was the result of your disability. If so, the GCMCA will disapprove the admin and allow the MEB/PEB to continue. If the determination is made that your misconduct was NOT the result of your disability, your admin separation will be approved.

However, if you are given a general discharge you will still be eligible for VA disability compensation.
