Been in VA Status.......

I've been in the VA rating status now for 48 days and the E Benefits status of Pending Decision Approval for over 40 days. I signed the form 5103, over 30 days now, and it states it would waive the 30 day wait period if this box is checked and signed. The wait is killing me not knowing what is going on having been found unfit already. Having my PCM telling me I have to wear a Oxygen Compensator Machine at night now because of low oxygen levels in blood. UGH...

Patients is a virtue

LOL know right. It could mean a good thing too:)

What branch are you in if you don't mind me asking?

That acronym is hard to pronounce!

I just checked E Benefits again this morning now it is showing Gathering Of Evidence again LMAO. New date to completion is 5/23/18 Bahahahahahaha. Now that is funny.

If I'm not mistaken, that means the VA is done with it and the PEB has it now.

So with it saying that does it mean I could call the VA again and asked for the proposed ratings or call my PEBLO and see what he says?

The VA won't give you your proposed ratings until after 10 days. And yes, you should call your PEBLO and see if he can tell you anything.

I just looked in the Historical Claims section of E Benefits and it shows my claim in there. Does anybody know what that means now?

I sent my PEBLO an email before seeing that it went into Historical section.

Your ratings are done now. What they do is close your original claim and open a new one so when ever you separate they will close that new claim and you will start getting your VA payments.
