Just wondering what this means, kinda confused on what it means and what part of the process is next. Thank you in advance.

also if I may add, why is there two historical claims, With one day apart?

It could mean the VA has closed claims that are redundant to combine into a new single entity, but I would need more information. Are you in a peb?

I agree with the post above, it would help if we had the context of what is going on. If you are in the IDES process two claims is normal. One claim is to conduct C&P exams for DoD. The second claim is to pay you benefits.

Oh my apologies sir. Yes i am in the IDES process. And i did use the search bar I didn’t see one with a explanation i thought was the same as mine. So i asked. But thank all of you for your help.

My VA MSC indicated that eBenefits is not accurate while in an IDES/MEB situation. You can look at it, yet the information will be limited while in the IDES. I look at mine at least weekly just to see what it says and to satisfy my curiosity. Contact your NSC or PEBLO for any real info.

I agree @Padgettra, e-benefits is largely useless during the IDES process. But some information is landmark, like the opening of a second claim.
