My Navy Timeline for Radiculopathy

Hey guys just wanted to say thanks I called PEB and found out I'm unfit., took exactly 30 days just glad to know something huge relief. Know onto the VA lol.

I have also been found unfit. Finding that out a few weeks ago gave me a lot of hope about the outcome of my case. However, I have been on this PEB sequence since October 2018 and I am just awaiting further details. I have three conditions for my knee that has caused me to be unfit. Now my package has been with the VA since March 08, 2019. I could definitely use some assistance with the ratings for the following below. Does anyone have similar disabilities; which, I can kind of compare findings wise? I am just overly anxious about my VA outcome. *On my C&P it states that I do not have PTSD nor Sleep Apnea.*

I have the following conditions with the pending process below:

Have you got your ratings back mine just changed to to preparation for Decision. on Ebene ….not gonna get my hopes up but you are navy also just wondering if you got any word yet.

Hey, I am still stuck. I am not able to look at my status on VA.gov for some reason. Therefore, I called the VA number and they mentioned that I need my DD214 first, before I know the next step or proposed rating? I am having a hard time keeping up with this runaround. Lol. Unsure but I hope they are not dropping the ball with this stuff. I haven't heard from my PEBLO at all. They don't respond to me. It is frustrating lol. But congrats on the movement with your case!
 
I would suspect if they are asking for DD214 that your ratings are done, I would keep on your Peblo for information something doesn't seem right about that.

Wow. Yeah I definitely have to reach out to them about that. It’s weird because I’m trying to figure out living arrangements; yet, there’s no true explanation for anything. The VA kept saying that my proposed rating isn’t submitted yet. It really sucks.
 
I would try and go to the PELBO's office in person to get a better update.

Wooooww I was hoping you had gotten your ratings I have been watching your thread since I started my MEB in jan and now I am waiting on ratings as well , seeing you wait this long scares me what in the hell is the va doing it has to be something else going on. I am sorry for your wait really hope you get news SOON.
 
It's definitely not supposed to take this long. I can't get any answers as to why the process is halted. I've attempted to call the PEB everyday for almost a week and can't get anyone to answer the phone and now I can't get ahold of my PEBLO either. I don't know of any other avenues to explore for answers, so I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do now. I guess all I can really do is hurry up and wait. Hopefully your ratings come back sooner than mine are taking. I'll update more once I reach anyone with any information in regard to my case.
 
So, I got ahold of the VA this morning and they said a proposed rating had been made and mailed back to the PEB on the 2nd of this month. That tells me that my PEBLO should have already know this and called to update me almost a month ago. I've e-mailed and tried calling her multiple times with no answer. I think I may swing by her office today to talk to her in person. Will be back with more updates as they come in.

You and I are on a similar timeline. My ratings were sent back to the PEB on the 3rd of this month. My PEBLO did not call to update me on this, she only notifies when the package is back from the PEB. Seems to be common in the Navy system...
 
I have given up reaching out to my peblo as he seems to just tell me to sit tight for 30-90 days. I would recommend reaching out to your MSC if you have one. Mine was able to look at my claim instantly and tell me exactly where it was and what the status is.

Sadly I don't have an MSC, so my options for getting info are limited to my PEBLO and the PEB(when I can reach them). My PEBLO finally wrote back to me this morning and said it should be no more than a month before she receives the findings back from the PEB. She is obviously guessing on the timeline but at least she got back to me. Lol!

Correct me if I'm wrong. Looking at the previous posts you met with the VA rep to initiate your IDES. My VA rep is my MSC. In all honesty they can also look into your claim too if you get any further issues with your PEBLO.
