Former Air National Guard Active Guard Reservist 15yrs AD time - non retained as AGR - Fit for duty non WWD

I'll have to look into it @Ocean. Right now I'm just very worn out just doing this stuff. I'm a bit of a mess.

Can someone review my situation and give me some input on what I should do with the unit about this mess?

Have a civilian or VA medical provider who cares for you prepare a letter for your SSO /commander outlining your medical conditions, with ICD 10 codes. Have the provider note any limitations psychological and physical that preclude you from preforming your MOS and remaining in service. Take that letter and your medical records to your unit Medical Rediness NCO and request they help you prepare a MRP packet or assist with a Compo 1 transfer to a WTB for unresolved line of duty injuries. If that is not successful go to your Senator and request their assistance for the same. Any soldier/airman with unresolved line of duty illness, injuries or wounds has a right to request return to duty for unresolved medical conditions incurred in the line of duty were unresolved before order end date. All the services can extend order any service member that is on Tile 32 or 12301(d) orders to 12301(h) medcon orders. Service members can return to AD after falling off AD orders. Injuries/illnesses do not have to occur in combat. Please go to the warrior care policy web site.

Just got told to pound sand by the IG... complaint is too old. FML....

Checked the wounded warrior website. only states active duty airmen. not Air National Guard. Thanks anyway bud.

Update: Now medical is looking at my updated stuff. my conditions were originally identified without Full Diagnosis while I was on AGR, Now I have the Diagnoses and MRI, X-Ray, Sleep Study, and VA records. Hopefully this will link back to the records when I was taken off AGR. hopefully AD medical retirement as a result (Best Case) worst case they retire me on the weekend warrior side and I don't get any benefits other than VA till age 60.... either is better than re-traumatizing myself every 3 months without any pay for 3 more years for the same age 60 retirement.

Got on ebenefits this morning now I'm at 90 percent, radicopthy and neropothy in both legs due to my spine.... More for medical. Sorry for the constant posts

Well I elevated this to the wing commander considering I've been through my direct chain, and almost had actions taken against me if not for the wing command chief telling my superintendent that would not be a good idea and could be considered reprisal. Medical is pushing for an unfit and now I have 2 referral EPR's to back up my side of the story.... the BS continues. didn't make any friends by this but it's the right thing to do even if it is unpopular.

@Ocean I emailed ARPC's Section on wounded warrior this morning... That was a research project in it's self... Let's see if I hear anything back. now I still got everything else in the fire.

A week later and 2 e-mails.... not even a message received acknowledgement from ARPC.... yup I expected that.

Updates: 1. Still nothing from Wounded Warrior. 2. Provided my case to Congressman Brooks's office here in Alabama for looking in to the issues in this situation. 3. My unit keeps asking more documents for the profile renewal.... I've given them all I have and still not enough! 4. Finally saw A VA podiatrist and he stated I should be able to run, and took a look at my feet and found out the Foot fusion that was done 3 years ago on the left foot didn't take, and they will not do the plate and screws method since I have a history of non unions... so I have one fused and one they wont treat.... um there goes most of the physical requirements.... end Rant.

Updates for anyone watching my Train wreck...
1.Last 422 Expired 30 Jun 19 and "Waiver"
2. 20 Aug 19 - Medical POC stated writing up package for NGB
3. 21 Aug 19 - I received a statement of selection (non-duty DES)and I elected Desire Entry in to DES (I'm already SC with the VA at 90%) this is supposedly for fitness only.... ( guess I was supposed to also have this in 2017 and 2018 for the last 2 attempts where I was found fit. I honestly don't ever remember seeing this.) I have signed and submitted back.
