I got the same message appx 2 weeks ago and they said we should be hearing back soon. I been in the process for 77 days now but it was submitted around 107 days ago. Frustrating…My case was submitted APR 7 2021. I reached out to my PEBLO to see where it was at and she replied with the Medical Officer. Can anyone elaborate on this? How long it might take?

My IDES attorney had told me that they are down to 2 medical review officers when they used to have 5. Not sure if its a manning issue or a COVID issue. They went from processing 50-60 cases a week to about 20. smh. I have been at this stage for about 2 months.
