what does it mean that my case is being Screened for adjudication by the PEB?

If it was just submitted it’s basically a quality assurance type deal, just making sure everything is in order before moving forward

And i quote my PEBLO "It means a decision of “fit or unfit” for continued Service and possible application of the VA ratings." so im guessing this is just a load of BS then?

When did you submit your package to the PEB?

Per MOL July 12th per the PEBLO Sep 1st
however my case was supposed to start July 27th 2020 but offically started June 30th everything is done including VA appointments and MED board.

If it has just been submitted to DC then it’s just in the quality assurance faze

That is for an informal, id probably add 3 months if you end up contesting the findings
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot..... So what has already been a year and half trying to do is about to be 2 years from start to finish.

Probably only 6 months if you are lucky. I wouldn't be surprised to see another 8 or 9 months before you're out. That's also assuming COVID doesn't come back and start shutting things down.

like i said 2 years + in this process

No one has found anyway besides presistantly and annoyingly pestering their PEBLO to get an update meaning no one has found any website or portal or anything to track it themselves?

There is no portal for USMC, it seems like youve just been getting f'd over. If you are reserves it would make sense as to why but its still no excuse. I would deffinetly be calling my PEBLO every tuesday and contacting my lawyer. Get your chain of command involved and see if they can start annoying them too that way someone may get answers. Dont forget you can complete trs and then pursue a skillbridge that way you can make the most of your time, or if you prefer to do college with TA that is still an option.

I’m active but I’m on and I-I billet secluded to El Paso TX. TRS has been completed just waiting on my capstone to be signed off by CO and the command isn’t going to help me I’ve been do this all on my own with no help from command. I bug my PEBLO, VA rep almost daily with no contact of a lawyer. I don’t have a lawyer. My command will also not allow me to do skillbridge.

Why not? You're allowed to.
We only have a limited number of active duty SM everyone is else is SMCR so losing anyone would be detrimental to the mission and the MFR for the unit since I’m in I-I Duty.. everything is F^ed and different than being in the fleet. The unit would also be gapped a replacement for me by like months. So I know for a fact they would approve the Skillbridge program for me because they already denied someone else as well because mission accomplishment come first here.. apparently.

Also get in contact with a skillbridge coordinator. Example, Google mcas new river skillbridge, there are poc tell them what your command is doing. The only one who can accept or reject a skillbridge is a O-4 or higher and trust me, they wont win that fight. My command tried to stop me and the skillbridge coordinators keep pushing so it would get to the required O-4 and they accepted it.

Hey I sent you a DM. I have a couple options to help you out. You have been F'ed from the start. I'm pretty sure you fall within our district because I'm down in Corpus Christi. I will get you all the info you need.
