IDES Timeline

Anyone else going through IDES on their first enlistment :(?
I literally wasn't even able to finish MOS school cuz ours is so long and I got broke in the process.

I went through IDES when I first enlisted - I got referred to civilian doctor who wrote a nice letter that I’m good to continue. Turns out I got lucky then to continue service but now back at IDES for same thing. My doc retired so no nice letter this time - I anticipate I’m out this time around.

I'm on my first enlistment, hitting my 3yr mark in December. It was a terrible mental battle when I started back in august of 2020 with my surgery knowing that it was my last hope to getting my knee back to normal not just for the military but for me. Now I know that theres more than just the military expectations and that my well being comes first. Feel free to pm me, its a tough battle alone.

For anyone on here who has received their ratings but is waiting on their ultimate findings... What are you supposed to do if the VA rated your claims but you have more supporting evidence that would more than likely get you a higher percentage? Is it just a wait until findings to reconsider the rating? Or is there anything I can do at this point to reduce waiting towards the end?

I was told by my VSO that it's better to just wait.

Today is 146 days with MO, 186 days at the PEB. Anyone else close to these numbers? Have I been forgotten? what were y’all’s numbers when you got results? I’m starting to worry a lil

Yeah with MO since June 29, submitted May 20 though.
Tracks with the email I got from my PEBLO this morning saying our geographic location is receiving cases submitted May 15th back. The secret seems to be that we need to complain more, huh? We can certainly do that :D

i was wondering same im only 173 and 133 today and i called the medboard office last week one of them told me its taking 6-7 months so expect no later than january which is depressing news since my case was submitted june 2

Are you counting weekends? I honestly stopped keeping track but most of the medboard process has been work days.

Also, saw a June 16th case receive findings on the fb group just now. Hoping you get an early Christmas miracle, POG.
