100% P&T here. Just got approved for SSDI, I noticed that Im eligible for Medicare starting next month. Is it really necessary to have, if I already have VA? I havent been to a doctor in years.

What is the severance tax refund? My injury is combat related; however, I'm still supposed to get taxed on it initially. My severance is $136,000. Am I entitled to get all the taxes back?
Not sure how true this is, but somebody told me I'd still be covered under Tricare for 180 days after my ETS, if I medboard. Is this true? I'm trying to find something in writing.
