Hi, everyone. I’m not sure which forum this question best fits. I got out on a MedBoard (Marine Corps) and EASd on August 15. My presumed rating was 30 PDRL and 100 VA. On Va.gov, it says I’m in the evidence gathering stage. How long until they finalize my rating and I get my first disability pay?
Hi, friends
So I signed my findings on 15 May. still haven’t gotten anything back yet. I’m getting 100% VA 30% PDRL. When should I expect to hear something about my EAS? When should I expect to be retiring? How far out will my EAS be?
UPADTE: I was found unfit on 11/3 (Unofficially). My lawyer says I am currently at the VA and I can expect about 8 weeks until I have my proposed ratings (end of January timeframe). With that timeline, and if I accept my proposed ratings, I could sign my DD214 in March and begin terminal.
My case was also accepted by the PEB on September 28. Camp Pendleton as well. I haven't heard anything from my PEBLO, but hopefully I'm right behind you...

yeah, my PEBLO said 150 days, but I was hoping that was a high-ball estimate. Also, is that 150 days until I EAS, or is that 150 days until I'm found unfit, or 150 days until I get my ratings..? This whole process is incredibly confusing.
Hey, everyone. I'm new here... looking for advice on timelines.
