  • My week of VA appointments starts at 8am... oh fun. 2 to 3 a day until Saturday. At least I have something to look forward to on the 20th.
Worst crippling pain ever... no legal help on my cases... and no medical help... waiting for October... need something good.
Something went in my favor... ultrasound negative for any tumors... still enlarged but probably a reaction to remicade or crohns.
Looks like I get to be a guinea pig since remicade failed... 50$ every 2 weeks to take 5 anitibiotics a day... hopefully they help.
At least I know why I feel like I have been dying... because in a sense... I AM! *Anti-Infliximab Antibody Result=45 H ng/mL
If I get woken up by SWAT again... I will be making my case famous. DO NOT FUCKING APPRECIATE being woken up at 11 PM by banging on my door
VA needs to start prescribing medicinal cannabis where legal... only thing that showed signs of helping me... can't afford it though :(
Nevermind... I have -500 until June according to DFAS... Do I have a shoot me I'm Murphy sign? Seriously... need a drink... can't afford one
Paid bills... great, I have 300 for the whole FUCKING month to support my family. I need viable options to wait out SSD.
Anyone know anything about CBD oil? In WAY too much pain and need SOMETHING to take the edge off between infusions. So much pain.
Well, Doc signed off without question on my disability placard... probably because I walked in like I had a stick up my butt and a limp
Done with the US... once I have enough saved... probably leaving the US and renouncing my citizenship since the courts want to fuck me over.
I need a lawyer. The US is trying to dismiss my claim and filed their response a day late. What are my options to fight this

Not commenting on the importance of the late filing. I would just observe that the Court was closed on March 5 due to weather. Probably, government should have put a copy in the mail postmarked on the 5th, and/or filed a motion for enlargement of time. It is pretty rare for a slightly late filing (different from a missed deadline that is jurisdictional) to result in much.
