In regards to a re-evaluation, does the new examiner have all the material and records that were procured from the previous exam? Do they have the back-story and and the dbq from the former exam? Will they see the multitudes of anti-depressants and psychiatrist records used in the first go around so they will understand what I’ve going through and why Ive given up and can’t leave apartment anymore and how the meds made suicidal thoughts worse.
