Thanks, I found it under the open claim. Once it's uploaded, do I now select "ask VA to decide your claim"/ "request a claim decision"? Or will it automatically update since the DD214 is now uploaded? It's currently stating "gathering evidence".
He was rated 30% for adjustment disorder with anxiety. This was not the unfitting condition. Is it difficult to get the VA to reconsider? Or also his ankle is at 10% and was found unfit. This was a combat injury from 8 years ago.
Ratings came back from the PEB and my husband is rated at 10% DOD and 90% VA. Doing the math, the VA rating is right at 94% and another 10% would bump it to 95% and be rounded to 100%. Is there a risk to appealing the VA rating? Could it go down significantly? Besides money, what other benefits...
