Have you received the MyPers notification that your package is back with your PEBLO? I feel like them saying "unfit" and seeing it on a form are vastly different. If they have the paperwork they have a specific timeframe they have to inform you in. And yes, the 356 will show your ratings.
I was in a similar situation. I suggest doing as much preparation as you can. I applied and got accepted to schools for fall 2018, even though my MEB wasn't done. But the last thing you want is to be blind sided.

PEBLO mentioned creating a Letter of Exception. Is it wise to complete one? Or will it have a minimal impact on my case? Ideally I just want this process to be over, but I don't want to accidentally make the outcome unfavorable.
