I didn't think the ANG would accept COAD, even if AGR.

I am AGR and need 50 days before I could start terminal leave. I received my ratings today and they are AF 80% and VA 100%. Is there a strategy I could use to appeal to the FPEB? I have been left no room to appeal ratings, so would a fit for duty, work as an appeal?
