@MilitaryBlake Do you know if they round down by chance? If in the scenario you were at 8 years 6 months? Or would the multiplier be the TIS including months?

    C&P exam procedures changed?

that’s good news It seems your examination went correctly and the protractor looking tool (goniometer) was used like it was supposed to be. I agree with your choice to stop at the onset of pain. Hopefully this thread can help some more folks out there going through their ROM.

    My Navy Timeline

This is pretty ridiculous, what is it that makes them think you are fit when you go up to these boards is it your NMA or NARSUM or because you can be non deployable and still be at a clinic?

    Found fit.

Sorry to hear about your circumstances man. What was your referred conditions that they deemed you fit? Might be worth just getting a VARR and taking your separation

Outcomes for FAI with and without laberal tears?

Agreed definitely going to be found unfit. I think the hardest battle you will have will be making sure you meet the 30% on DOD and as high of VA as you can get. While you have this non deployable time talk to your doc about getting some of the stuff that has been bugging you over the years...

Outcomes for FAI with and without laberal tears?

JMLS, I have a pretty much identical situation to you about back, and hip labral tears except for my EAS. I was also overseas and had to come back early for a MTF to treat me. The Navy instruction states you can not be going through a MEB/PEB and be overseas. I highly recommend you do your...

    C&P exam procedures changed?

Guard guy I appreciate the insight. I’ll definitely reach out to PEBLO and MSC before I rattle the cage I was just looking for some thoughts from others before I make a lot of noise about this. I completely agree with you on that though. As many times as the examiners May have done these ROM...

    C&P exam procedures changed?

Have a question for some of you folks on here that are past or rather recently completed the IDES C&P exams at the VA. Is there a new way of conducting ROM tests? My examiner did it “hands on” and via line of sight. Is this the norm for those of you that have gone through it recently? I was...

    Navy DMEBR/3rd LIMDU

Ron, thank you so much for the timely feedback. Have you in your experiences ever heard of someone getting theirs recouped if it was "not in a combat zone" and "not as a result of misconduct" so in other words from a service related injury? If so did they have to retain an attorney post-separation?
