No thankfully. I brought the NARSUM to him initially and he agreed with my assessment. I anticipated 60%/80% and was pleasantly surprised at 60/90. I hope you get pleasantly surprised as well. It was a long roller coaster ride; 9 months all told.

No appeals. They gave me 60% DoD and 90% VA and PLDR. Longest waits were PEB fit/unfit determination and the VA ratings. Both were about 5 weeks wait each.

No I got my results in February sometime and it all went fairly quickly after that. I’m on terminal leave as of 19March.

My PEBLO has been dodging me since the year started. I’ve emailed her three times asking for an update and she’s ignored all 3.

Mine too 35 days at the IPEB. If you’re Army, they’ve consolidated all cases to the San Antonio PEB. They’ve also not brought on any additional staff so they’re about 3 weeks behind. This is what I’m getting from my PEBLO and MEB lawyer.

yeah I know what you mean. I wish there was some way to hold the PEB and VA accountable for busting their goal times.

I’m at 130+ days. I’ve been waiting for the VA to send my proposed rating to the PEB for 5 weeks. The IPEB took 35 days to find me unfit. The VA has taken over 35 days to get my 11 conditions rated. Talk about frustrated!

I called them yesterday and the guy on the phone wasn't very helpful. He kept referring me back to my PEBLO. I reached out to my PEBLO (who hasn't responded yet).

I suppose its time for me to add my timeline on this forum. I have to put in a plug for the Fort Polk MEB, they're very good. They were 31 days ahead of the "goal" time. The IPEB and VA are a combined 34 days behind the "goal" (and counting). I will update this as events develop. 5AUG19...

Wow this is fast. I'm on a very similar timeline to you Jimothy84. My stuff went to the VA 9DEC19. No movement yet from there. Its' been 29 days today that my packet has been at the VA for ratings. The Army average is 25 days so I'm hoping it comes back soon. I only had 11 conditions to rate to...

Army average is 25 days. I imagine the holidays slowed mine down about a week or so. I’ll be looking for my proposed ratings by the end of the month.

My 11 claimed conditions have been at the VA since 9 December 19 and have shown exactly zero movement. A friend of mine got his 31 conditions rated in exactly 6 weeks. I've seen other waiting 2-3 months. Its hard to say at this point. It's frustrating to say the least. There should be a better...

Checked my Ebenefits this morning. I'm still at the "preparation for decision" stage. They've had my stuff since the 9th of December. CMS says the Army Average is 25 days. I imagine that, because of the holidays, things will be a little delayed. Still hoping for my findings by the middle-end of...
