My guess is if you were found unfit they sent it to providence, RI. so the VA could rate your conditions. From there it goes back to the PEB then to the peblo. It'd guess its somewhere in between that stage

Try calling the actual MEB office. There should be an E-7 or above (active duty personel) Thats an actual Peblo. I had to go over my civilian "peblo's" head in order to get my results back.

I'm pretty sure thats just a code, telling them you are starting a MEB and will be placed on a MED hold meaing they cant ERB you out, unless you are found fit for full duty the the PEB.

Keep in mind that amputations from the knee down are 40% for an individual leg. When you think about that it kind of puts it into perspective a little bit easier, on why they rated it how they did.

I received 20 DoD / 50 VA. With a wife and a child my VA is looking at $946.00 I know I need to pay of my severance money in increments of 20% since thats what I received from the DoD. I guess my question would be what would I be looking at monthly from the VA until its paid off?

Thanks for the reply. I'm not trying to send my proposed ratings because my eye injury would probably disqualify me from a majority of jobs, and they would be able to see that. Where do I download the form from?

Nvm, lol I just looked at your timeline. I would go through the process. I was going to tell you if you were at 16 or 17 years there is ways to stay in but shore/ limited duty so you can retire out. With going on 8 years in I would go through the process.

They could determine it on there own, but I would bring it to their attention that you want to go through the process. Tell them your not able to stay on Limdu forever and you feel that you cant function your job properly with your condition. I'm guessing with how serious your back is, you...
