I forgot to add to my post that am already 100% with the VA and declared homebound. I just am considering trying to change my retirement to medical because I was forced to reire right before my case went to the MEB. Thank you in advance

Is it worth it to get my regular retirement changed to medical? I was in the middle of an LOD/MEB when they forced me to retire regularly. I have all the paperwork, just want to know if it's even worth the time and effort. Thanks in advance
