Chapter 14 vs meb

I have been suggested for a summarized art 15 approx 1 month ago. I am cced in the email chain with my case handler and Commander who is new and I have only truely spoke to in passing as in a 'good morning sir'. The commander put i am in the process for njp on the statement, and my peblo asked for confirmation the summarized i was suggested for wouldnt turn into a chapter action. The commander stated he had decided to proceed with chapter 14 action, understanding it would put my medboard process on hold. Now it has been a month since the counseling i recieved suggesting i be pushed for a summarized art 15, and almost a month since he sent that email to my peblo and Ive had no meeting or wind of when this will be addressed. Ive never got an art 15, extra duty, dui, fighting soldiers or anything. Half the counseling packet used is from an nco that got booted from my unit for Sharp and EO issues starting around a year ago. The other two are recent, one witha verbal disagreement with an nco and the other for two missed appointments in one statement that I already had to explain to sgt major about over a month ago.

What chapter 14 type (a,b,c) should i expect them to push at me, and what are my options since my case has been held on hold for close to a month now, pending unit level decision on chapter before moving to the cg.

I had already finished my meb btw for bh issues and was moving to the peb for fit/unfit decision.

I also bring up again ive heard NOTHING yet from the commander and my platoon leader and plt sgt claim the chapter decision never even came downwind to them.
