Facing DAWG/MEB and toxic leadership

So I've been having back issues for a little over a year. At first a member of my PCM team (never assigned as my PCM) told me I would be fine in a few months. I was diagnosed with bilateral L5 Spondylolysis via multiple x-rays, have had multiple back spasms with at least one sending me to the ER, and constant pain in my lower and mid back. I was on profile for 3 months and 2 days after it expired I was tasked to deploy. I raised concerns with my leadership at this time and they were reluctant to take my off the deployment because I "volunteered" for it even though I didn't. After a few visits my PCM put me on mobility limitations. After 6 months of physical therapy, pain management, and chiro I'm still at where I was last year. Now I'm being tasked to participate in a deployment exercise, I mentioned to my leadership that I'm still on mobility restrictions but since the final stage of the exercise falls after the date of my profile expiration date I'm assuming they think I'm ok to do it. In my most recent appointments my PCM has mentioned that she will not initiate a DAWG because I have mentioned previously that I didn't intent to get out and that it would be up to my commander. She did mention that she was going to renew my profile and keep the mobility restrictions on it. I also have a procedure scheduled 2 days before the exercise and asked the doctor at pain management if this would affect my ability to participate to which he replied that it was a bad idea with my conditions to participate in the first place, but I should absolutely not participate within the week of the procedure. I'm at a total loss here, I brought it up to my supervisor who eventually started bringing up his medical issues and bragging about how he's still able to do his job and could deploy today. This same supervisor constantly informed me not to trust a coworker that was having mental health issues and said he was just going to his medical appointments to avoid work and told me to document anytime he wasn't present at work and forward the MFRs directly to the first shirt to prove he was malingering. It turns our my coworker wasn't faking anything and was even referred to a 30 day TDY to seek continued medical treatment. I feel like I'm now being treated the same way even though I try my hardest to miss the least amount of work possible. I'm not sure if I should just ask my PCM at my next appointment to put in a request for the DAWG or just weather the storm. Any help is appreciated.

I was also recently informed that I have a slight sideways bow in my back without diagnosis of scoliosis, SI joint dysfunction and arthritis of the facet joints in my L5, L4, C7 and C6.

May I suggest you ask your PCM to talk directly to your command. It takes you out of the middle. Then command can't attribute any motive to your version of the "story."
