hey nick hope all is well and i hope you had a good holiday. glad you sent me a message. i did get the e-mail, but it's been so crazy on my end and totally forgot to write you back. what's been going on? my MEB is still a mess. i had a HUGE "blow-out" w/my e-9 the other day w/the way they have been handeling mine. i ripped into him. it's not going to get me anywhere. @ the end of the day i can't make these people do thier jobs. i don't know if they think they are doing a good job, but if it takes them over 3 years to process/over-see an MEB then they are ****'d up! well bro, it was good to hear from you. shoot me an e-mail this week so we can catch up. if i don't talk to you before, have a safe and happy new year!

I told you what was going on with me. I have my NARSUM and I don't meet retesion standerds for 3 things My back, nearve damage down my leg and PTSD. I hope there is a bonus for reinlisting next month so I can get money and then get out. I am woried that the army will still try to make me do desk work... I cant do desk work dude. How did your board pan out what was your %? I am going in for my NARSUM soon all of my Doc. Appts. are done. I saw a the Phyc and he Failed me for retention standards. I didn't even know that was comming. I just hope for my familly that I will make over the 30% mark for the Tri-care benifits. If you have more advice let me know.

Sorry haven't been on in a while. Things have been kinda crazy since receiving my fit letter late last month. Still waiting on assignment orders but trying to get my house and family ready for the move that is to come. All in all, I'm exactly where I was a year ago before this MEB/PEB nightmare started...waiting for PCS orders.

Kind of interesting, I was able to look at the server stats since Jan 1, 2008 until now. In that time we have had 276,584 visits. There were 143,423 absolute unique visitors. As for members, we have 4,688 members and there have been roughly 5200 threads and 19,460 posts. The thread and post count is hard to use as a measure of who has asked for help as I have personally posted something like 3,000 posts (though a sizeable chunk of that is linking to articles of interest or posting regulations or memo's).

I am glad to do this...not often you can help others on a large scale, so it is a great and satisfying project for me to have set this up...but, it is the members who really drive the train, I just set up a place for them to find information and to see how thinkgs are working for others.

had tons of them bro. they never helped me, but i was willing to try anything. i know alot of people who get them every couple of months and they help. they did them in my back, hips, neck, shoulders and the head. the head was by far the worse. had them done for like 2-3 weeks and then i told the doc that i couldn't do it anymore

all my ROM's so far i have went to where my pain is and tell them i'm not going any further. don't sweat it for now. i'm sure by the time this whole process moves along you will have another one. i would request one when you get to the IPEB phase so that it is updated.

It does not bode well. I would not be surprised if he sticks with the 75 degrees and does not account for pain. Remember, you can rebut the findings and request an Independent Medical Advisor.
