The Navy started using this thing called the SMART system.

I’m not 100% sure on what happens between the VA and DoD as far as adopting ratings for your referred conditions. I’ve always been told they don’t speak to each other during the process but I guess that was wrong.

The VA rating doesn’t necessarily mean you’re unfit for duty. The PEB determines your fitness for duty. I’ve been told that you can be 90% with the VA and still be found fit for duty.

I’m praying. I’m so over this shit show.

I believe that’s the old LIMDU tracking system link. It will allow you to download and view documents your Peblo sent to the board. But I don’t believe they are using that system anymore so it may not be accurate. I know mine wasn’t.

I wish they would too. It would relieve a lot of tension and frustration knowing you can check it on your own and you don’t have to worry about if your Peblo is just sitting on your packet for corrections.

Pretty much a general consensus is that 90% of peblos are worthless when it comes to information on your specific case. You’d think they would just give us access to the tracker so they’d stop receiving hundreds of phone calls and emails a week. I guess it’s easier to keep everyone in the dark...

And we’re supposed to just sit here twiddling our thumbs when they screw stuff up like this.

Yeah trust me I feel you man. I’m at 154 days at the PEB and haven’t heard shit from anyone.

I’m pretty sure the “screening” process he’s telling you about is the admin screening the PEB does when they first receive your package. They check for discrepancies and missing paperwork so it doesn’t get kicked back later in the process.

This is how people end up in vans down by the river. I’m about to be one of them lol
