CRSC at ten months processing time Army

CRSC at ten months processing time Army

Yes this was what I was asking for. This number comes off your retirement orders. This is multiplied by your disability percentage. Your active duty time is multiplied by .025 x years active. Your retirement is the higher of the two. Both numbers should be on your orders.

Need Help - CRSC Award Letter....

Do not give up. Your letter above stating that PTSD was due to a rocket attack is pretty straight forward. Fight man. Get your Congressman involved. There are pro-bono lawyers out there just for this. Do not let Monday morning quarterbacking illiterates beat you. Your career ended because you...

    Average timeline?

I also sent my CRSC application and documents in March 2017. I called HRC when I hit 180 buisness Days. I was told by HRC that the new timeline was 10 months. I called two weeks ago because I was 10 days shy of 10 months. I was then told it could take up to a year. I have seen posts from this...

Sitting at ten days shy of ten months. 200 business days and 290 calendar days. I called Army HRC today and was told it could be a year. I’ll post on here again if I hear anything.

    CRSC documents.

You would think. I do not put anything past people sitting in judgement over something they do not understand. Hopefully I’ll be surprised.

    CRSC documents.

Great info. I have a CIB and a CRSC application in right now. I’m anticipating having to appeal. Maybe I’ll be surprised but I doubt it.

CRSC at ten months processing time Army

The HRC site still says 180 business days. As of this morning. I’m not entirely sure that any specific timeline exists for Army CRSC. On the plus side, they could just eliminate their backlog by denying all the claims. I have not heard anyone say they have ran into that yet. So still...

CRSC at ten months processing time Army

You may luck out. Each branch is different. So 10 months may not apply to the Navy. I hope it goes faster for you.

CRSC at ten months processing time Army

I called HRC last week to check on my CRSC application because I am just shy of 180 business days. The guy I talked to said that the timeline for processing applications had been changed to ten months. I told him that the CRSC page at HRC was still stating that processing time was 180 business...

    mypay/crsc/backpay question

I'd do not believe they would recoup the 50k payment. Keep a written record of who you talked to at DFAS and when. Also I would record your conversations. Let the person at DFAS know that you are recording your conversation. You'll be able to provide evidence of what you were told and by whom if...

    UCMJ in retiree status?

They activated General Petraeus out of retirement to determine if he deserved demotion for his classified information fiasco. Then Secretary of Defense Carter declined to further punish the General. So, I'd bet dollars to donuts you are good. That Major can eat a dick. He should have gone his...

CRSC and sulphur fire around Qyyarrah 2003

We were hit with Sulphur smoke from the insurgents setting the sulphur mines near Qyyarrah on fire. We were masked up the whole first day. It was pretty crappy. It burned every time we shaved for about after the sulphur smoke had cleared. I came across an article from that time period about...
