    I'll have to fight the combat related stuff after I'm out. Everything we do is combat related some how, and with all my crazy deployments, and can't figure out how they could not relate it, especially after finding out about all the burn pit stuff. I'm just glad to be at the home stretch!!!

    C&P exam gone bad!

    I would also download the VBA forms from the VA website for your specific claim. This is what I used to help fight my case. Use their forms against them. You might have to pay a private Dr. to fill it out, but it would be well worth it in the long run.

    Well, new update; I asked for the one time reconsideration, and received 40% PDRL, and 100% VA. I guess that the VBA forms work great, if they get to the right people. Now I have to decide weather to continue to retire regular, or take the MED retirement. Hmm.....

    Yes, Thats what I'm looking at. There was a lot of 0%'s that apparently the paperwork did not make it to the board, and a bunch that they lumped it to one. Should be about 2-3 weeks until I hear something. I have time, every month close to 30!!!!

    I just got my case sent to the VA for rating, and should be retired in a month or 2. How hard was it to get through the SSDI stuff? I have 6 referred conditions, and 24 others. Most major issue stuff. I'm thinking on doing it myself 1st, and see if i get approved, and then deal with a lawyer...
