I've been able to download a copy at milConnect: Benefits and Records for DoD Affiliates
If you don't have an account, there is a "new user" link on the upper right.
You should already have a login/password if you use DFAS and the VA website using a DS login.

Three weeks to get to my PEBLO. Only a week from QTC to VA. Got my C&P exam notes from the PEBLO last week (Wednesday). I’m waiting for my MEB and then IPEB.
The VA got my DBQs from QTC more than two weeks ago and I was just able to get them today from my PEBLO. VA told me I'd have to do a FOIA request if I didn't get them from my PEBLO...
23...QTC sent my C&P results to the VA almost 2 weeks ago. VA wouldn't send them to me and said I had to submit a FOIA request or get them from my PEBLO. PEBLO doesn't have them either.
Depending on your family situation, you might get it all back next year when you file your return. I got about that much taken out (~28%) for my Health Professionals Loan Repayment Program (HPLRP) and got it all back because of the number of dependents I have. It was nice as the money came...
Ahh, sorry for misunderstanding. Sounds like your friends got a DOD monthly retirement check (>=30% DOD disability) in addition to VA monthly pay (VA payment subtracts from DOD and if it's larger than their calculated DOD retirement pay, the payment will be entirely VA pay). I don't think...
You'll start receiving a check from the VA when you've paid off your "interest free loan" from the government (as I call it). Meaning, you cannot take money from the DOD and VA at the same time (except if you are a 20 yr retiree and have over 50% VA disability). Your separation will be (final...
Shoot...sorry that I didn't see the latter part specifying your AD and ANG time (just focused on the 18 yrs TAFMS). Still, even at 13, you should get more than 30% as that's the 12 year calculation. Not much, but any little bit counts.
If you don't mind sharing, were both the back and radiculopathy rated by DOD as unfitting? What else was also unfitting since you list a final % of 70.
Based on a quick Google search...Transitional Assistance Management Program (TAMP) and Continued Health Care Benefit Program (CHCBP) may be options if you don't end up with a 30+% and therefore ineligible for TRICARE.
What stage are you at? Is this something you can appeal?
My NARSUM has ROM numbers from Physical Therapy and also SLR + for radicular symptoms bilaterally...will that not be good enough?
Have you heard anything? I also worry that my leg pain won't be included as an unfit condition, even though it was leg pain that started me on this whole journey before my back really became an issue.
Any update? How did your exam go? I would like to know as I worry about the C&P versus everything that has been accumulated in my record regarding range of motion.
