Sorry its been a few days. They have mee on cq everyother day. But good news. Friday I reciwved notification from dav that they were able to get the va to complete my case it was sent to peb fri. i signed 199 tooday and told couple days for seperation letter. i feel so blessed.. i will keep yall...

Now historical claims says appeal is possibble decision notification sent.

Excitement removed. now its back to gathering evidence. What we need from others says seperation documents .. what we did not recieve states request for examination date closed march 15

Well after 75 days or so ebenies finally went to pending decision approval. whatt does thiss mean. I'm just excited its moving.

I agree. I dont want it to be rushed but some progress would be nice. Im lucky to have this forum because it allows me to get perspective on my case and realize it could be worse.
