Did you have to go for re-evaluation with the VA to get P&T? or the made that decision based on your VA medical history/records?

They both get the same benefits, the only difference is 20 years retires get DoD retirement and VA compensation at the same time, but PDRL just get VA. Your Blue ID card doesn't say time in service, just retired and pay grade!
